Travel Day

Today we moved from College Park, Maryland to Williamsburg, Virgina.  Should have been a nice, east three hour drive, however, the traffic was the worst we have seen on the highways.  At least three times we were slowed to a stop. We could only figure out why one time, there was torn up asphalt on the roadway. And this is Saturday.

The traffic made it so that our three hour trip turned into about four hours and all in the rain.  Feels like home ! ! !   LOL  Sure glad to get to the campground. Almost all the spots are slanted so no one is feeling like they are in a level spot. Oh well, we are only here three nights.  

The Fantasy RV staff sponsored the dinner for tonight, southern style.  KFC fried chicken, rolls, green beans, cole slaw, pecan pie and sweet potato pie.  Yum, yum.  It was great.
