Christmas Lights in a cave ! !

WOW, what a cavern it is...  Ken and I have either read about this place or saw it featured on a news show but this is a huge, drive through cave called the MEGA Cavern and it is privately owned.  It is over 17 miles of road under Louisville, Kentucky.  They store many PODS and RV's and do an annual Christmas Light Show.  The lights were great and the company even better. Mike, Kelly, Charlie, and Macy Prenn as well as Kelly's parents Charlie and Karen Roach.

This was our last evening in Kentucky and with the Prenn's.  Was so great to be able to visit with them. Hope that they can make it out to Oregon next summer.

Gotta leave this morning, Monday, December 1st.  Love these people ! !  Kelly is getting new lights on the kids trees for their rooms.  So pretty !!

Off to Nashville where we are camped on Music Valley Road about a mile down the from Gaylord Opryland Resort property.  Won't have to worry about how to find it.  Amazing that we are camped way out in the park at the fenceline to the KOA next door. They have a drive through Christmas Lights program going on tonight.  Tried to get some pictures but with the rain and all the moving parts, I just can't get anything descent. 

We have tickets for tomorrow at the Ryman for the matinee at 3:30.  Think we will call the shuttle and see how that goes.  Sure hope the rain gives us a break!
