On to Pass Christian, Mississippi

We changed our plans today and drove straight from Memphis, Tennessee to Pass Christian, Mississippi. We were gonna stop in Jackson, Mississippi but then thought about it and said why??  No reason to stop there and it was one of the few places that we had not made a reservation.  Sooooooooooo, called Wolf River Resort and they said that we could come in early on our RPI reservation ! Nice, since the RPI office is not open on Sunday and they do not allow online reservations.  Kinda behind the times aren't they???  

The drive was really an easy one with the weather getting better and better the further south we got.  Even had to put the front window shade down a bit as we traveled west into the sun.  Haven't seen the sun in weeks.  Sooooo nice ! ! ! 

This is what most of Highway 49 in Mississippi looked like, easy drive so we went about 375 miles today.  Usually we would have done that in two days. Hey, not bad!

We will stay here three nights, enough time to explore the gulf coast and eat some seafood !!
